The role offers a base salary of £28k with the opportunity to earn over £55k in the first year. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, business development, and producing adverts. Founded in 2011 and specialising in Network, Server, DevOps and Security, branching out into the UK, US and European markets. Big plans are in the works for the next 5 years, with their international office count set to double- already established in London, Frankfurt and Austin.

• £28k base salary with OTE in year one of £55k+!!

What the role would involve – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Sourcing candidates through cold-calls, job ads, referrals and LinkedIn
• Business development- bring on new clients in order to create active roles to fill- through cold-calling potential businesses.
• Producing Adverts- writing and sharing Ads to increase
• Guiding the candidate through the full process from start to finish- negotiating deals, providing advice and support throughout.
