Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant – Finance

Location: Liverpool Street, London

Hybrid model: Friday WFH

We’re expanding our London office and looking for ambitious, commercially-minded 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing team. This is your opportunity to build long-term relationships with investors, founders, and leadership teams—while sourcing top-tier talent and growing your own portfolio of clients.

This is a full-cycle recruitment role, combining business development, client management, and candidate delivery. You’ll be responsible for sourcing high-level talent, building new client relationships, and representing Camino Search across the UK and Europe.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and engaging top-tier talent through market research, headhunting, and proactive sourcing
• Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from candidate outreach through to offer and placement
• Developing and nurturing relationships with Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies
• Booking and attending client meetings to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions
• Delivering high-quality executive search projects with a focus on speed, accuracy, and service
• Networking with senior stakeholders, industry leaders, and decision-makers across the finance and tech sectors

You don’t need previous recruitment experience, but a background in sales, business development, or account management is essential. We’re seeking individuals who are driven, confident, and excited about building relationships in the high-stakes world of executive recruitment.

• Graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline (Class of 2021 – 2025)
• Proven success in sales or business development, with a results-driven approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and consult at a senior level
• An interest in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or high-growth business environments
• Resilience, ambition, and a strong desire to grow your career in a fast-paced, international setting
