Job summary

BIM Recruiter in Enniskillen is seeking a Trainee Recruiter to join our growing team with full training provided. No prior recruitment experience is required, just drive, communication and a willingness to learn the built environment market.

About the Role

we're looking for an ambitious, driven individual to join our growing team. You'll be trained from the ground up in recruitment, covering candidate sourcing, boolean search techniques, client relationship building, and full recruitment life cycle management, with a route to becoming a specialist consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• sourcing and screening candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and boolean search strings
• building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
• managing the recruitment process from first contact through to placement
• learning the construction and engineering markets we recruit into
• hitting agreed activity and performance targets during training

Recruitment is a sales-focused role, you will be required to cold call companies, offering our services, as well as use email, video marketing techniques. You must be very comfortable and confident speaking on the phone.
