Temp Station is recruiting a Training Consultant to join our branch in Normanton. Job Duties (full training provided, experience not essential):

• Screening CVs and conducting interviews (telephone and face-to-face).
• Reading driver schedules and briefing drivers on routes.
• Account managing to grow client accounts and maximize GP.
• Updating driver and subcontractor details in the database.
• Setting KPIs and daily plans.
• Candidate activity and daily check-ins with clients.
• Advertising jobs across various boards.
• Generating leads through sales calls and drop-ins.
• Participating in out-of-hours client emergency calls on a shared rota.
• Conducting service visits to clients.
• Referencing workers and maintaining audit-ready candidate and client files.
• Updating the database with all relevant information.
