Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Cardiff

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Cardiff team. You will work within the education sector, supplying carefully selected teaching professionals across Cardiff and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Generating new business opportunities through face-to-face and phone sales
2. Managing your PR and marketing efforts
3. Sourcing and building a database of clients and candidates
4. Resourcing and registering teaching professionals
5. Developing and maintaining relationships with primary and secondary schools
6. Managing the recruitment cycle from initial engagement to candidate placement
7. Advertising jobs, CV searching, and registrations
8. Data entry and administration

Candidate Requirements:

1. Driven, motivated, and hungry for success
2. Willingness to learn
3. Strong communication skills
4. Positive attitude and a 'can do' mindset
5. Graduate or equivalent qualification (desirable)
6. Experience in a similar role, B2B sales, or education (desirable)
7. Full UK driving license
