About the role

You will work with primary and early years settings across the South-West area (exact LEA to be discussed).

The role

Vision for Education offers an unrivalled service to schools and teachers. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships with a large client base, many of whom work exclusively with us.
• Using sales, marketing, and networking techniques to attract new business.
• Visiting clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Understanding client schools' cultures and environments.
• Utilizing social media for advertising, candidate attraction, and relationship building.
• Headhunting suitable candidates.
• Using candidate databases to match candidates to vacancies.
• Managing applications, interviews, and candidate shortlisting.
• Checking references and assessing candidate suitability.
• Briefing candidates on job details.
• Preparing CVs and correspondence for clients.
• Organizing interviews and communicating results.
• Managing bookings via Salesforce.
• Coordinating sponsorship activities for schools.

Candidate profile

The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have:
