Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Consultant.
• Assist in finding candidates for their next role and help clients find suitable candidates.
• Communicate with candidates and clients over the phone, write adverts, and arrange interviews.
• Update details of existing candidates.
• Search internal and external databases for suitable candidates.
• Match candidates to live vacancies.
• Source suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Create shortlists of candidates for job vacancies.
• Provide administrative support to Recruitment Consultants.
• Input data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submissions.
