This is a full-time role, you'll be working Monday - Friday, from 8am - 5pm. Who are we? As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be:

Working in a highly sales-driven yet friendly atmosphere

Using Recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacancies

Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients

Researching your market

Interviewing candidates for roles

Negotiating

Building relationships with candidates and clients
