The Job

• Making high volumes of outbound calls to clients and candidates
• Generating sales leads and developing new business
• Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
• Researching your market to become a sector specialist
• Using recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacancies
• Working towards clear targets and daily KPIs
