Pertemps Basingstoke is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their award-winning team. In this role you’ll learn to develop new business, build long-term client relationships and source candidates through networking and advertising.

You’ll be mentored by experienced consultants and benefit from a structured training programme. As a trainee you’ll work across multiple trades, with an emphasis on developing your communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be trained in delivering the full 360° recruitment process.
• Work closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and support your development.
