Job summary

GS3 Recruitment Manchester is expanding its team in the UK, seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Altrincham office. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, conduct outbound conversations, and learn every step of the recruitment lifecycle.

This full-time role offers a salary of £23,000–£27,000 basic plus commission, onboarding and mentorship, and progression opportunities as you hit targets and develop your recruitment career.
