Job summary

The Forward Trust in Rugby is seeking a Trainee Drug and Alcohol Recovery Worker to support vulnerable adults on their recovery journey at HMP Onley. The role involves shadowing experienced staff, training, supervision, and working toward a recognised qualification.

You will develop skills in caseload management, group facilitation, data recording for audits, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Training and supervision provided throughout the traineeship.

• Plan and manage a caseload effectively.
