Via is seeking a Trainee Recovery Practitioner in Cheshire West & Chester (Ellesmere Port base). You will support people with substance misuse, listening with empathy and adapting to individual needs.
Applicants should have lived experience of substance misuse and hold OCNLR Level 2 Award in Peer Mentoring or be willing to complete within a year. Key traits include compassion, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
