We're looking for Recovery & Well-being Practitioner for Cheshire West & Chester (Base Ellesmere)

Within this role, you will play a vital part in delivering substance misuse treatment and recovery support for individuals with drug and alcohol needs across Cheshire West & Chester. Deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to people who use our service and their significant others, including family members friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will undertake assessments as a core part of the role and will be expected to manage a small caseload, ensuring timely and effective support for service users. You will deliver harm reduction advice, psychosocial interventions, needle & syringe exchanges, Blood borne virus testing and interventions, drug testing and overdose prevention advice.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all Via policies and Safeguarding principles.
