Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is recruiting a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to be based in Coleshill, near Birmingham. This permanent full-time role offers a Degree Apprenticeship with day release and university fees paid, alongside a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will support the QS team with commercial administration, prepare cost reports, and assist in cost control across live projects while pursuing relevant professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English required.
• Construction based BTEC or NVQ / A levels.
• HND/HNC level in a relevant construction course.

Responsibilities

• Assist QS with commercial administration and management on live projects or pre-construction.
• Measure all works accurately.
• Assist with preparation of final accounts.
