Job summary

MA Cost Consulting Ltd. is seeking an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join its London team starting Autumn 2026. This role provides an excellent opportunity to launch a career in quantity surveying, blending full-time employment with a fully funded degree apprenticeship.

Responsibilities include supporting senior Quantity Surveyors, assisting with financial reporting, and preparing contract documentation. Applicants should have A levels or equivalent with strong maths skills and a genuine interest in construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 96 UCAS points or equivalent in A levels/BTEC.
• Eligibility for a Quantity Surveying apprenticeship in Autumn.
• Desirable to have a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Support experienced Quantity Surveyors on live projects.
• Assist with cost plans, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation.
• Attend site visits and project meetings.
• Measure works and support final accounts.
• Complete structured learning in a QS apprenticeship.
