Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join the integrated mental health team at HMP Durham, supporting individuals with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. The role blends university study with practical clinical experience in a prison setting.

You will deliver low‑intensity CBT-based interventions, guided self-help, and assessments, spending four days in service and one day at university, with contractual requirements for full participation in

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in a relevant subject (e.g., psychology, nursing, social work, occupational therapy).
• Experience working within mental health.
• Commitment to completing the required PWP university training programme.
• Full driving licence and access to transport.
