Job summary

Everyturn Mental Health is offering a funded training opportunity to become a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) through the University of Lincoln. This full-time, 12-month programme blends university teaching one day per week with hands-on clinical practice within our NHS Talking Therapies service, under supervision.

The start is planned for early March 2027. Applicants should have a degree in a related field and a track record of working with people with mental ill health.

• Degree educated, ideally in a related field
• Proven track record of working with people who have experienced mental ill health
• Highly resilient with ability to meet attendance and academic requirements
• Able to manage a high-volume workload and deliver objectives
