Job summary

Everyturn Mental Health invites applications for a full-time, 12‑month training programme to become a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. This trainee role is based in our NHS Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies Service, with funded study through the University of Lincoln and teaching one day per week.

The programme progresses to a Qualified PWP upon successful completion. Attendance at university teaching sessions is mandatory, and interviews are scheduled December 2026 with a

Qualifications

• Degree educated, ideally in a related field (e.g. psychological or behavioral science).
• Proven track record of working with people who have experienced mental ill health in a mental health setting.
• Highly resilient with the ability to meet attendance and academic requirements of the course.
• Organise a high-volume workload to ensure effective prioritisation and delivery of objectives.
• Able to work to required performance targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
