Are you passionate about improving mental health outcomes through evidence-based psychological therapies? We have an exciting opportunity to train as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) whilst working within the supportive and innovative team at Everyturn's NHS Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies Service.
As a Trainee PWP, you'll undertake a fully funded qualification through the University of Lincoln, combining academic learning with hands‑on clinical experience. You'll attend university teaching one day per week, with the remainder of your time spent developing your clinical skills within our service under the guidance of experienced clinicians and supervisors.
Our experienced managers and supervisors are committed to supporting your development. We have an excellent track record of helping trainees successfully complete their studies and progress into qualified practitioner roles.
Please note: This role is not eligible for sponsorship as it does not meet the requirements set out by UK Visas and Immigration.
The University of Lincoln offers two levels of academic training, either Undergraduate or Postgraduate, based on your previous level of study.
Typically, for the undergraduate route you will have studied to Level 5, however applicants with Level 3 or Level 4 qualifications may also be considered. If you have studied at Level 3 or Level 4, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work at Level 5 by completing an academic task set by the University, which will be reviewed by the Programme Team.
