Prospect Estate Agency in Bracknell is hiring a Trainee Property Portfolio Partner. The role offers a salary of up to £25,000 per annum and a chance to grow with a leading lettings and estate network within Lomond.

You will handle maintenance coordination, contract renewals, rent negotiations, tenancy agreements, deposits and admin tasks, while developing knowledge of property management and client service in a supportive, friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with maintenance issues, arranging contractors, arranging access and paying invoices.
• Renewing existing contracts, negotiating rent increases, creating Tenancy Agreements.
• Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damage.
• Administrative duties, updating Excel spreadsheets, etc.
