Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Rayleigh is seeking a Trainee Property Manager. No prior experience required as full training is provided, with a clear career path and industry-leading customer service from day one.

You will help manage our portfolio across Rayleigh, Grays and Dagenham, conduct inspections, negotiate renewals, liaise with contractors and landlords, and learn the essentials at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre during a fully-paid training period.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
• Full business-use car insurance cover (evidence at offer)
• Progression within role may lead to a company car

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio across Rayleigh, Grays and Dagenham (travel required)
• Book and conduct property inspections
• Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance/repair issues
• Handle deposit returns and arrears
• Process eviction requests
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage complaints and complete inventory reports

As a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Rayleigh, you will receive:

• £27844 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays.

How you will make an impact as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Rayleigh:

• Helping manage our portfolio across Rayleigh, Grays and Dagenham (travel required)

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence

• Progression within role will eventually result in a company car being provided to you*
