Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Property Consultant to join a successful estate agency in the UK. You will focus on outbound calls, arrange property viewings, and assist clients through the buying and selling process, while building strong customer relationships.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and extensive in-house training, designed to develop sales skills and long-term career progression within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Positive, proactive attitude.
• Some previous customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the property industry.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Arrange and book property viewings.
• Support clients throughout the process of buying and selling property.
• Book appointments for financial services.
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Develop your sales skills through regular training, coaching, and mentoring.
