Responsibilities

• Learn the full recruitment process with experienced recruiters.
• Source and headhunt candidates using multiple methods.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support business development by identifying sales leads.
• Manage job adverts across internal and external platforms.
• Assist with CV preparation and candidate submissions.
• Handle incoming queries and provide administrative support.
• Develop knowledge of a specialist recruitment sector.
• Work toward matching candidates to live vacancies and client requirements.
