Job summary

Connells Group in Leavesden is hiring a Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join our residential sales team. This entry-level role offers full training, a clear career pathway, and exposure to sales, lettings, mortgage services and more as you develop.

With a £25k basic salary and uncapped commission, you will learn to generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and support the Mortgage Advisor by arranging appointments, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales
• Maximise every opportunity to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
