MIGSO-PCUBED in London offers a comprehensive Training Programme designed to move your career into PMO and Project Controls, with an intensive foundation and exposure to real-world consultancy. You’ll gain knowledge in planning, monitoring and reporting, while advancing through quarterly training and professional certifications.

You will build expertise working with MP’s blue‑chip clients, supported by structured development, before progressing to higher responsibilities in project controls

Our Training Programme

Your time at MP will begin with an intensive, focused training programme designed to give you the foundations to succeed in Project Controls. You’ll build knowledge in both theory and real‑world application, while learning what it means to work as a consultant at MP. And your development won’t stop there — we’ll continue to build your capability and credentials through dedicated quarterly training sessions within your first year, some of which will lead to recognised professional certifications.

You will build expertise in project planning, monitoring, and reporting whilst working within MP’s blue‑chip clients. Our training spans foundational to expert levels in:

• Planning and scheduling
• Cost control and forecasting
• Reporting
• Change management
• Risk management
• Data analysis
