Finnebrogue, a leading UK food producer in Downpatrick, seeks a motivated Trainee Supervisor to join the fast-paced production team. The role focuses on developing leadership skills with duties such as production checks, attendance records and performance management alongside fellow staff.

Starting on 7 June 2026 with night shift hours Sunday to Thursday, 6pm–4am, the position offers a supportive training plan, a competitive trainee rate of £15.34 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or team-leading is preferred.
• Must have English reading and writing skills.
