Job summary

Finnebrogue is seeking production team members for packing and end-of-line roles at our Downpatrick facility. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with emphasis on teamwork and adherence to our Equality and Diversity policy.

Key attributes include self-motivation, reliability, and good communication. Day shifts run 7am to 4/5pm, five days a week, offering a full-time opportunity within a supportive, award-recognised UK food producer.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary as full training will be provided however it is desirable to have previous experience within a food production environment.
• All candidates should demonstrate core values at all times and have an understanding of and commitment to the Equality and Diversity Policy and ability to promote this day to day.
• To be considered for this role you should have the ability to work as part of a team with self-motivation and initiative, good communication skills and a proven high level of manual dexterity and speed which will be monitored throughout your employment.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of our production team, packing and end of line positions available.
• Day shift: 7am - 4/5pm finish, 5 out of 7 days per week.
