Rubicon Recruitment Agency is looking for a Trainee Powder Coater in the United Kingdom. You will be working on the line, trusted to deliver high-quality powder coated components and you will receive full training with no prior powder coating experience required.

The role is Monday to Friday with early finishes, no weekend work, and offers a clear path into a permanent skilled role within a small, hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Previous spraying experience is highly desirable but not essential, full training given.
• A genuinely high level of attention to detail.
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting experience labouring.
• Confident using hand and power tools.
• A good understanding of written English to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Spray painting components to a high standard using powder coating equipment.
• Preparing items thoroughly ahead of painting.
• Masking and demasking parts as required.
• Maintaining and caring for spray equipment.
• Keeping the work area clean and organised through general housekeeping duties.
