Job summary

Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a Trainee Phlebotomist for on‑site work in Enfield. The role offers full training, 40 hours per week, and a clear progression path with health assessments conducted across various clinics in the region.

You will perform phlebotomy and related health checks, travel between venues, and support customers with empathy and accuracy. A full UK driving license is required and initial training is in Milton Keynes with paid accommodation if distance is an issue.

Qualifications

• Full UK License and access to your own car.
• Ability to work any days between Monday and Sunday on a 6am–10pm rota.
• Must be able to use computers/laptop/phone/tablet.
• Clear DBS – processed on your behalf.

Responsibilities

• Travel across your region to venues and greet customers.
• Carry out health assessments (e.g., PAD, ECG, Body Composition) and guide next steps.
• See 15–22 customers per day with 10–45 minute appointments depending on package.
• Keep administration up to date and manage travel arrangements; paid accommodation/meal allowance for longer drives.
