Job summary

Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a motivated Trainee Phlebotomist to join its field-based health assessment team in Scotland. You’ll travel across your region, attend a variety of clinics, and perform health checks that help people understand their wellbeing.

This role is 30 hours per week with a base salary of £21,691.58 plus commission, with an OTE of up to £30,000–£32,000. Training at Milton Keynes is provided with paid accommodation if needed.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Willingness to travel within the region and overnight stays when required.
• Ability to use computers/tablets for data entry.
• Clear enhanced DBS (criminal records check).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in health and wellbeing and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel across your region to attend clinics and perform health assessments.
• Set up equipment, greet customers and conduct health checks ranging 10–45 minutes.
• See 15–22 customers per day and maintain accurate administration.
• Provide guidance on further testing and support customers with care.
