Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a Trainee Phlebotomist to join our field operations in central London. You will travel to events, perform health measurements, and communicate results with customers, maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings and long days, with a focus on accuracy, infection control, and patient care. A willingness to develop clinically and professionally is essential.

Qualifications

• Confident in delivering health-related testing and discussing results.
• Available to work any day and shifts 6am–10pm on a rota.
• Committed to clinical best practice and ongoing professional development.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work at short notice and maintain professionalism.
• Must be able to use computers to a satisfactory degree.
• Experience in community or mobile healthcare (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage travel to each event and set up clinics.
• Greet customers and manage appointments.
• Conduct health measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose.
• Ensure infection control and compliance with policies.
• Report issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Attend required training and keep skills up to date.
