Voy, a growing digital health company based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, is hiring Trainee Pharmacy Dispensers. No prior pharmacy experience is needed; the role includes full on-the-job training, with funded GPhC-accredited courses to support career progression.

You will work alongside a friendly on-site team in a modern facility, behind the scenes with no face-to-face customer interactions. You will learn accurate order preparation, warehouse tasks, and how to operate our advanced robot

No experience? No problem! Are you looking to kickstart your career in healthcare? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Trainee Pharmacy Dispensers at Voy, a rapidly growing specialist distance selling pharmacy based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire (United Kingdom).
This role requires no prior pharmacy experience. We are looking for people who are keen to learn, and we offer full on-the-job training along with good career progression.
In this role, you will provide invaluable support behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth preparation, assembly, and packaging of orders in our modern facility. Because we are a digital pharmacy closed to the general public, you will enjoy a focused environment with no face-to-face customers, phone calls, or commissioned pharmacy services to manage.
This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a booming digital health company. You will work directly with a friendly, supportive on-site team while collaborating with our wider support network in London. What You'll Do

• Accurate Order Preparation: Learn to efficiently assemble, package, and prepare pharmacy orders to ensure patients receive their treatments accurately and on time.
• Warehouse Operations: Support essential warehouse-based tasks, maintaining an organized and seamless workflow across the pharmacy floor.
• Leverage Cutting-Edge Tech: Learn to utilise our custom-built digital pharmacy system and operate our advanced robot packaging system (full training provided).
• Maintain High Quality Standards: Uphold strict health and safety protocols, ensuring precision and exceptional attention to detail with every order.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in fully funded, GPhC-accredited training courses to continuously build your pharmacy skills, obtain formal qualifications, and progress your career.

Who You Are

• No Experience Required: We provide complete, structured training from day one—all you need is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of concentration, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• A Fast Learner with a Growth Mindset: Keen to dive into the world of digital pharmacy, absorb new information quickly, and build a long-term career.
• Tech-Savvy or Tech-Curious: Comfortable using or learning new software; you will be working with custom systems and robotics.

• Reliable and Commutable: Able to reliably work on-site from our Wallingford, Oxfordshire location.
• Able to commit to full-time hours, ideally across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
