Job summary

Voy is seeking Trainee Pharmacy Dispensers at their Wallingford, Oxfordshire facility. No prior experience required; full on-the-job training and funded GPhC qualifications are provided to help you grow in a digital pharmacy environment.

You will support order preparation, packaging, and warehouse tasks in a friendly, on-site team, with clear career progression and a focus on accuracy, safety, and modern robotics.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full on-the-job training provided.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and high concentration.
• Willingness to learn digital pharmacy systems and robotics.
• Team player with reliable, on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Accurate order preparation: assemble, package, and prepare pharmacy orders.
• Warehouse operations to maintain smooth workflow.
• Operate our digital pharmacy system and robot packaging system (training provided).
• Maintain health and safety standards with attention to detail.
• Pursue fully funded, GPhC-accredited training to progress in pharmacy.
