Voy, a growing digital health company based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, is hiring Trainee Pharmacy Dispensers. No prior pharmacy experience is needed; the role includes full on-the-job training, with funded GPhC-accredited courses to support career progression.

You will work alongside a friendly on-site team in a modern facility, behind the scenes with no face-to-face customer interactions. You will learn accurate order preparation, warehouse tasks, and how to operate our advanced robot

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full on-the-job training.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Wallingford.
• Must have independent, permanent Right to Work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Accurate order preparation and packing of pharmacy orders.
• Support warehouse operations and maintain a clean, organized workflow.
• Operate and learn the digital pharmacy system and robot packaging system.
• Maintain high quality standards and follow strict health and safety protocols.
• Participate in funded, GPhC-accredited training to grow pharmacy skills.
