Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover East Devon. No prior experience required thanks to company-led training.

You will manage your own schedule, solve unique customer problems on-site, and contribute to high standards of service. The role offers a competitive package with a basic salary of £27,669 per annum, an expected OTE of £32,566, and benefits including a company vehicle, fuel card, and RI Rewards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• GCSE Maths and English at level 4 (C) or above is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible with working patterns to support business needs.
• DBS check may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Advising customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional image at all times.
