Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover East Devon. No prior experience needed as comprehensive training is provided. You will manage your own schedule, resolve client pest issues, and build strong customer relationships across a defined area.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,669 with an expected OTE of £32,566, a company vehicle, fuel card, private healthcare options, and a comprehensive benefits package. A DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to be flexible with working patterns to support business needs.
• DBS check may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest activity.
• Provide advice on maintenance and hygiene to customers.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image.
