Job summary

Quilter Cheviot is seeking a Trainee Paraplanner to join the Investment Management team. You will support Financial Planners and senior Paraplanners in preparing financial planning recommendations and client reports, while developing technical knowledge and working towards professional qualifications.

You will gain exposure to investment, retirement, protection and estate planning topics, with structured training, mentoring and practical experience to progress in Paraplanning.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of suitability reports, financial planning documents and client recommendations.
• Assist with research and analysis of financial planning solutions across pensions, investments and protection.
• Gather, review and maintain client information to support advice processes.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end paraplanning process and build technical knowledge.
• Use internal systems to maintain records and produce documentation.
• Attend internal and external training and pursue industry qualifications.
