Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care as a Senior Carer or similar leadership role.
  • Understanding of person-led care planning and relevant legislation.

We have created a Trainee Nursing Assistant role with a development program designed to upskill Senior Care Assistants, enabling them to take on more responsibility and develop clinical skills such as administering medicines, wound care, and catheter care under supervision.

Upon completing the program, you will receive a salary increase.

Qualifications for the program include:

  1. Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)
  2. At least 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care as a Senior Carer or similar leadership role, especially involving medication administration and shift leadership
  3. Understanding of person-led care planning and relevant legislation
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond. All staff must attend safeguarding training and be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
