Mann is hiring two Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join our teams in Rochester and Gravesend. No mortgage experience is required, but a strong sales background and customer service passion are essential.

You’ll receive industry-leading training and support to become a qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor. With competitive basics, uncapped commission and a clear career pathway, you’ll progress through CF1 & CF6 qualifications and benefit from quality leads from our Estate Agency

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and career-focused.
• Strong customer service and professional approach.
• Organised and resilient in fast-paced environments.
• Good IT skills including CRM and MS Office.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Develop understanding of mortgage and protection products through structured training.
• Support customers throughout their home-buying journey.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working towards targets.
• Progress towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
