Mann is hiring two Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join our Rochester and Gravesend teams. No mortgage experience required, but a strong sales background and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are essential.

With industry-leading training and ongoing support, you'll build the knowledge and qualifications needed to become a successful Mortgage & Protection Advisor, with clear career progression and uncapped earning potential (OTE £35k).

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of mortgage and protection products through structured training.
• Support customers throughout their home-buying journey.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
• Progress towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
