Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or currently studying towards CeMAP.
• Previous experience in estate agency, banking, financial services, sales, retail, hospitality or customer service would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, estate agency colleagues and introducers.
• Learn how to assess customer needs and identify suitable mortgage and protection solutions.
• Support mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Work with experienced advisers, lenders and administration teams.
• Converting warm leads and identifying opportunities from existing customers and referrals.
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process.
• Developing your knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria and FCA compliance requirements.
• Working towards professional qualifications and full Mortgage Advisor competency.
• Achieving individual and team performance targets.
