Connells Group is hiring two Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join our Mann teams in Rochester and Gravesend. No mortgage experience required, but you must have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

With industry-leading training, ongoing support and a clear career pathway, you'll develop the knowledge, skills and professional qualifications needed to become a successful Mortgage & Protection Advisor.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and career-focused.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
• Organised, resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of mortgage and protection products through structured training.
• Support customers throughout their home-buying journey.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
• Progress towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
