Job summary

Cubitt & West in Reigate is recruiting for an ambitious sales professional to join our Mortgage Advisor Development Programme. You’ll earn a base salary of £27,000 plus a car allowance of £2,500 and have the opportunity to achieve realistic earnings of around £55,000 with commission.

The role is full-time, 5 days per week with two Saturdays off per month, and offers structured training and clear career progression.
