Job Description:

Full support and additional training will be provided for your continuous professional development once you start with us. Our Direct Sales Team is a great way to start your career in mortgages.

Start Date: ASAP

Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off per month depending on the role/office). Working hours are Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 – 17.00.

Responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:

• Meet virtually with clients to provide mortgage advice and protection, developing your skills over time.
• Seek out the best financial and mortgage solutions for customers.
• Advise on and sell associated insurance products from Legal & General.
• Meet and exceed targets.
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Work with existing clients and leverage new opportunities.
• Liaise with lenders to stay updated on new products, offering personalized deals.
• Collaborate with our Admin Support Team to ensure case completion and FCA compliance.
