Job description

I am seeking the ideal candidate for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor position with a top-rated mortgage broker according to Trust Pilot!

Location:

Maidstone - Medway or Brands Hatch

Work Pattern:

5 days per week, including some Saturdays (typically 1-2 off per month depending on the role/office)

Special Requirements:

A full driving licence and own vehicle are preferred to maximize opportunities.

The client aims to sponsor and train individuals to obtain the professional mortgage qualification, CeMAP. If you possess a strong sales background and a special drive, they are eager to support your qualification journey.

The Role:

• Meet clients face-to-face or virtually to provide mortgage advice and protection, enhancing your skills over time
• Identify optimal financial and mortgage solutions for clients
• Advise on and sell insurance products from Legal & General
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to maximize leads and opportunities
• Build lasting relationships encouraging repeat business
• Leverage existing clients for new business opportunities
• Coordinate with lenders to stay updated on new products, utilizing access to the whole market for personalized deals
• Work with our Admin Support Team to ensure case completion and FCA compliance
