Job Title: Team Leader
Location: National Operations Centre, Castle Donington
Salary: £27,000-£29,500 (Dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced individual to join as a Team Leader at our National Operations Centre in Castle Donington. This key role involves leading and developing a team of customer service advisors to ensure excellent performance and ongoing personal development.

1. Lead, mentor, and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture and continuous improvement. Experience in leading people is essential.
2. Establish clear goals and performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
3. Plan, organize, and oversee daily team activities and projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and on time.
4. Serve as the primary contact between the team and senior management, ensuring effective communication.
5. Monitor, evaluate, and report on team performance against key metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
