Job summary

Fintelligent Search is seeking a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in the UK. You will receive a fully funded CeMAP qualification, structured training, and coaching to become a Mortgage Advisor, working alongside experienced advisors to learn the market and provide tailored lending solutions.

The role offers hybrid working after probation (three days in the Manchester office), a salary between 28,000 and 35,000 with uncapped OTE of 50,000, and a benefits package including healthcare, pension, and leave.

Key Responsibilities for Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

About You

• At least 12 months' experience in a KPI driven sales or financial services role.
• Motivated to complete a fully funded CeMAP qualification and build a career in mortgage advice.
• Experience working within a target-driven or regulated environment.
