Job summary

Connells Group is launching Fast Track Mortgage Advisor Academy to recruit and train a full-time, fully employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor. After an 11-week office-based training in Manchester, you move to home-based working while continuing professional development toward CII qualifications.

The role is telephone-based, targeting >14 mortgages with protection monthly and offers extensive induction, progression opportunities, a contributory pension, and a generous commission scheme.

Qualifications

• Recent graduation with a 2:1 or higher or strong sales track record.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
• Highly organised with a disciplined, structured approach to work.
• Proficient IT user, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers and secure appointments.
• Progress mortgage and protection applications.
• Work in a telephone-based advisory role.
• Provide quality advice to customers and meet targets.
