Connells Group is launching a Fast Track Mortgage Advisor Academy (16-month commission-guarantee) in Manchester. You will become a fully CII qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor with home-based work after completing 11 weeks of office-based training.

This telephone-based role emphasizes quality advice and sales, with prospects of high commission earnings and structured development within a market-leading business.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in Financial Services, mortgages and protection.
• Graduate at 2:1 or higher or strong sales track record.
• Excellent communication and listening with ability to explain complex info clearly.

Responsabilités

• Telephone-based role delivering quality mortgage and protection advice.
• Contact customers, secure appointments and progress applications.
• Maintain high organisation and communication to meet targets.
• Attend 11 weeks of office-based training in Manchester before moving to remote work.
